Jackson is already doing chores!

Last night, we put Jackson to work loading the dishwasher - see the first picture above. Actually, mommy was loading the dishwasher and Jackson decided this was a fun new toy. He then climbed onto the door to open and close the dishwashing liquid dispenser. He's such a little engineer! Then he decided it was enough fun to simply climb on and off by hiking his little leg and pulling himself on top. He had such a great time.

I've also posted some pictures of Jackson playing in the fountains at Southlake's TownSquare (which I'm sure you've noticed, we visit very often). He absolutely loves water. This day, the water was freezing cold but that didn't deter him. He would put his fingers in the direct spray from the nozzles and water would fly everywhere - including his face, clothes, hair and mine as well. I just know we'll have great fun this summer playing in the pool and sprinklers.

Finally, today, Jackson is exactly 11 months old. It breaks my heart to think he will be one year old soon and no longer a baby (although he is ALWAYS my baby regardless of age). Where has the time gone anyway??
